I’m the first to admit that I have definitely not been utilizing ChatGPT as much as I could be in my business but in 2025 that has completely changed let me tell you how this app has helped me go from scatterbrained entrepreneur to super clear action taker in seconds

I’m what you would call a verbal processor. I need to sometimes just yap it out and get all of my ideas on the table out loud. This helps me figure out next steps.

I very often get overwhelmed by deciding what makes the most sense to do first to meet my goals. But even then, ChatGPT has completely changed the game for me with their voice note feature. Let me show you how it has helped me. It can help you too!

Here is how you access the Voice note section of your ChatGPT.

• Open the ChatGPT app on your phone, and open a new chat.
• Click the audio icon in the bottom right corner.
• Select the ‘voice’ you want your ChatGPT to be. (This is basically their personality)
• When the wave starts moving, it’s listening. Feel free to start rambling away!

You can use this feature for anything. I have found that it gives really helpful advice with very direct questions or statements. I’ve included these recommendations for you below!

I recommend saying this statement first: ‘I am a (insert what you do in your business) who wants to make content for social media that is (insert your outcome for the content consumer.)’

1️⃣ ‘I have a lot of ideas but feel like I need to talk through them with you so you can help me with the right steps to take to action with intention. Are you ready to hear it all then give me action steps?’

2️⃣ ‘I want to make an IG reel about (insert a specific idea/topic) and have a few different ideas and thoughts about it. Can you help me get clear on what should be included and give me recommendations if I ramble to you?’

3️⃣ ‘I have been thinking about doing (insert some actions you want to take in your business) but have been stuck on a few different roadblocks preventing me from taking action. I’m going to ramble about them all, please help me with next steps.’
